God’s Approval is Not Based on Your Performance- Philippians 3:1-3

We live in a performance-oriented culture and society. But the danger is that we identify with our performance rather than who God says we are. A performance-based acceptance equation (A + B = C) looks like this:
our performance + other’s approval = our self-worth
The danger is that we apply this equation to our eternal safety.
our performance + God’s approval = our salvation
Both are false equations that do not correspond to the reality of God’s Word.
