Advent ~ Great Things He Has Done: Luke 2:8-20

The lighting of the third candle of Advent is the candle of Joy. Though often associated with a feeling, Joy is actually a state of being. In scripture we often see Joy as a response of faith to the confident hope of what God has accomplished or promises to do.
